About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Specialist (female preferred) with a strong background in construction, hospitality and biddings, to join our expanding team at Lumitron Technologies Inc. in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in generating new business, nurturing client relationships, identifying strategic opportunities to expand our client base and supporting the company in securing projects through proactive sales and bidding activities.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities in the construction, hotel and related industries.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Handle sales quotations, proposals, and bid submissions in coordination with Management.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming bidding opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What we're looking for

  • Female, with proven experience in sales for construction, hotel projects or bidding processes.
  • Strong network or exposure to contractors, developers, consultants, and hotel operators is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledgeable in project bidding procedures and document requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques, lead generation, and client relationship management.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
