About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Engineer to join our thriving Best Group Services And Trading Corp' team in Paranaque City Metro Manila. As a Business Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and identifying strategic opportunities to expand our client base. This is a full-time position that offers excellent prospects for career development within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to engage potential clients and secure new business
  3. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations
  4. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
  5. Maintain a detailed understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively position our offerings
  6. Provide regular progress reports and analysis to the management team
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a business development, sales, or related role, preferably within the Sales industry
  2. Experience in engineering services, industrial solutions, or B2B technical sales preferred
  3. Proven track record of successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
  4. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex products and services
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different stakeholders
  6. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  7. Proficient in using CRM and sales enablement tools
  8. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar sales management software
  9. Ability to read technical drawings, understand engineering specifications, and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  10. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
