We're Hiring: Website Rebuild Contractor (Short-Term Project)

We're looking for a contractor to lead the rebuild of a company website — someone who's as strategic as they are technical.

This is a hands-on role working closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, and brand. You'll help us rethink, restructure, and rebuild an existing site with a focus on performance, usability, and scalability.

What You'll Do:

• Audit the current website and recommend a path forward (platform, structure, CMS, etc.)
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, brand, product) to align on goals and content
• Own the technical rebuild from start to finish — including integrations and QA
• Provide documentation and handoff for future maintenance

About You:

• Strong technical expertise (you've rebuilt or migrated sites end-to-end)
• Strategic thinker who can connect user needs with business goals
• Experience with WordPress.
• Excellent communicator — you can explain tech clearly and document your process

Timing: This is a short-term contract role (~8–12 weeks).

• Technical: Ability to toggle between applications on a dual monitor setup. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams, with intermediate Excel ability, required. Keyboarding/computer skills, heavy computer, and phone usage.
• Other: High level of personal motivation, professionalism, and integrity required. Ability to exercise discretion and judgment. Must be dependable.
