We're Not Hiring a Marketer — We're Backing a Builder

This isn't a campaign management job. It's not about tweaking keywords or writing reports. You'll be deployed to a small knit team rebuilding one of our companies.

This is a ground-up rebuild of our growth engine, where your mandate is clear: deliver qualified leads, open every revenue channel, and create the marketing backbone that will scale across multiple companies.

You'll own the entire digital marketing stack end-to-end — from strategy to campaigns, funnels to automation, analytics to optimisation. And as revenue grows, so does your pay, your authority, and eventually your ownership. This is your pathway to building the kind of agency others dream of — with us as your anchor partner.


Your Pathway: From Builder → Owner → Partner

Current annualised run-rate: ₱44.27M

Gate 1 — The Builder (current state)

  • Revenue milestone: < ₱73.78M run-rate
  • Hourly rate: ₱180/hr
  • Your role: Lay the foundation — performance campaigns, automated funnels, lead tracking, attribution dashboards. Stabilise the chaos and prove we can generate qualified leads at scale.

Gate 2 — The Owner

  • Revenue milestone: ≥ ₱73.78M run-rate
  • Hourly rate: ₱360/hr
  • Your role: We build a small team around you. You lead and scale the playbook, owning CPL, conversion velocity, and funnel ROI. You become the architect of our growth function.

Gate 3 — The Partner

  • Revenue milestone: ≥ ₱184.44M run-rate
  • Hourly rate: ₱540/hr
  • Your role: We start a dedicated Growth & Marketing company. You become Founding Partner, with profit share and equity/JV, running your own agency with us as your anchor client.

What You'll Actually Build & Run
  • Paid Performance: Meta + Google campaigns optimised for lead quality, not vanity clicks.
  • Funnel Architecture: Landing pages, nurture flows, retargeting, referral loops.
  • Automation: Zapier/Make flows, Airtable lead tracking, CRM routing, reporting dashboards.
  • AI Marketing: ChatGPT/DeepSeek + OpenAI API workflows for content, copy testing, and predictive lead scoring.
  • Analytics: GA4, Tag Manager, attribution models, and constant A/B testing to drive measurable ROI.
