Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Account Management:

  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts -

proactively seeking ways to grow revenue and expand client relationships.

  • Develop and implement account plans - creating and executing strategies to

meet client needs and achieve account goals.

  • Analyze account performance and identify areas for improvement - tracking

key metrics and using data to optimize account management strategies.

  • Spot opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients,

adding value to their accounts.

  1. Communication and Negotiation

  2. Communicate the value proposition effectively to clients.

  3. Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  4. Provide presentations and reports to clients in a clear and concise manner.

  5. Process Improvement:

  6. Identify areas of improvement in account management processes and propose

changes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

  • Implement process changes and track their impact on operations.

  • Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture positive client interactions to foster long-term

partnerships.

  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, address concerns,

and provide updates.

  • Resolve client issues and effectively manage escalations to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborating effectively with internal teams

  • Organizational and Time Management:

  • Manage multiple accounts and projects effectively

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account progress
  • Collaborating effectively with internal teams

  • Administrative Support:

  • Prepare reports and documentation related to account management.

  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Skills Required:

Technical: Project management software, CRM tools, data management systems.

Soft Skills: Organizational skills, communication, problem-solving, attention to

detail.

Competencies: Account management, task execution, process improvement, stakeholder interaction.

  • Experience Needed:

Industry Experience: 2-3 years in account management, client support, or coordination.

Specific Achievements: Successful coordination of client projects and account management.

  • Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Certifications: Relevant project management certifications preferred.
