Job summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Dealer Account Coordinator to manage and expand our dealer network sales across both outright and consignment channels. This role ensures seamless coordination between dealers, store managers, promodisers, and our company head office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and sales training skills, along with a results-driven mindset, to drive sales growth and enhance dealer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales and order flow between consignment and outright dealers, store managers, and buyers at dealer head offices.
  • Guide, support, and train promodisers to achieve sales targets, ensuring they understand and execute promotions, product knowledge, and order processing.
  • Track and push sales performance at the store level, helping promodisers secure approvals from store managers up to area managers.
  • Monitor dealer stock levels, order cycles, and compliance with company sales programs.
  • Provide feedback and reports to management on dealer sales performance, promodiser activity, and competitor activity.
  • Assist in implementing trade promotions and marketing programs to boost dealer sell-out.
  • Serve as the first line of support for dealers and promodisers, addressing concerns and escalating when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 1–2 years experience in appliance, FMCG, or retail sales coordination/account management.
  • Strong organizational, training, and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel to dealer branches when necessary.
  • Goal-oriented and able to push sales performance while maintaining good dealer relationships.
