JOB OVERVIEW:

UpraisIT is looking for a highly motivated Outbound Appointment Setter to support our client in the Australian real estate industry.

The role involves contacting potential leads, nurturing client relationships, and setting qualified appointments for the sales and property consultant teams.

We're looking for someone confident, proactive, and customer-focused — with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Experience in real estate or customer service is preferred, but strong communicators with the right attitude are welcome to apply

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to qualify leads and schedule property consultations or viewings.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into booked appointments.
  • Build rapport and ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.
  • Update and maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Research and identify new lead opportunities within the Australian real estate market.
  • Achieve individual and team KPIs related to call volume, lead quality, and appointment conversions.
  • Stay updated on client property listings, pricing, and market trends to effectively communicate value to potential customers.

Requirements:

  • College graduate or undergraduate of any course (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in Outbound Sales, Appointment Setting, or Customer Service.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a neutral or Australian-accent familiarity preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, confident, and self-motivated with a professional and friendly phone manner.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas during Australian business hours.
