What is your mission?
We are looking for a Financial Modeler to support the U.S. team in real estate investment analysis and modeling. You'll build financial models, evaluate acquisitions, and support asset management reporting for multifamily portfolios. Ideal candidates have strong Excel and financial modeling skills, experience in real estate or investment analysis, and a keen eye for data accuracy and performance insights.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Financial Modeling & Analysis
- Build and maintain Excel-based models for acquisitions, developments, and refinancing.
- Conduct IRR, NPV, and sensitivity analyses to evaluate investment returns.
- Prepare cash flow projections and valuation summaries for senior review.
Market Research & Data Compilation
- Gather and analyze rent comps, occupancy rates, and demographic trends.
- Source and summarize data from CoStar, Yardi Matrix, Zillow, and public reports.
- Create market summaries and visuals for investment presentations.
Due Diligence & Transaction Support
- Review financial statements, rent rolls, and budgets for accuracy.
- Coordinate third-party reports and maintain due diligence documentation.
- Ensure consistent file naming and version control across transactions.
Asset Management Support
- Track property KPIs such as NOI margin, rent growth, and budget variances.
- Support leasing and renovation performance tracking.
- Maintain portfolio dashboards and monthly reports.
Collaboration & Process Optimization
- Work closely with Investments, Asset Management, and Accounting teams.
- Identify data inconsistencies and suggest workflow improvements.
- Contribute to process documentation and reporting automation.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment modeling, or asset management support.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (PivotTables, Data Tables, conditional logic; VBA/macros a plus).
- Strong understanding of IRR, NPV, NOI, DSCR, and cap rate concepts.
- Experience in real estate, multifamily, or property investment analysis preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Sheets automation is a plus.
- Knowledge of U.S. real estate markets or REIT investment structures an advantage.
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
- Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and organized with strong time management skills.
