At Skyline Payments, we're transforming the payments industry by providing innovative solutions that help small and medium-sized businesses thrive. As we continue to grow, we're looking for driven and ambitious Account Executives to be an integral part of our sales process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to identify and nurture leads.
● "Pitching" Potential Clients: Communicate the value of a product demo and the benefits of our payment solutions.
● Quick Peek Demos: Offer a brief minute product demo (either immediately or as a scheduled appointment) to introduce our solution and collect merchant statements.
● Appointment Setting: Schedule comprehensive demos and proposal meetings for the Account Manager (AM), with an expectation of at least 20 demos per month scheduled.
● Handling Objections: Address concerns, educate prospects, and communicate the value of our services effectively.
● CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions for effective follow-ups.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Manager and sales leadership to ensure a smooth sales process and maximize conversions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience in appointment setting.
- 3+ years of experience in appointment setting or OB cold calling.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking software (preferred but not required).
- The ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
