Role Overview

The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting leads who have enquired about our building services, qualifying their interest and suitability, and scheduling appointments with our Building Consultant. This role is key to maintaining a professional first impression and ensuring potential clients experience exceptional service from their first interaction..

Key Responsibilities

  • Call, SMS, email, and follow up with inbound leads and online enquiries.
  • Qualify clients based on their project type, location, budget, and timeline and get them on the right service.
  • Schedule paid phone or onsite appointments with our Building Consultant
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and outcomes in our CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Take payment, send confirmation and reminder emails to clients for booked appointments.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and management team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Track performance metrics, report weekly results to management, and meet established KPI targets.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or in customer service (preferably for an Australian, US, or UK-based company) working to KPI's
  • Excellent English communication skills — both spoken and written.
  • Confident, polite, and professional phone manner.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with CRMs and online communication tools (HubSpot, Aircall, Trello, Zoom, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Australian construction, real estate, or home improvement industry (advantageous).
  • Familiarity with Australian geography and NSW suburbs (a plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
