What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and repair history
  2. Coordinate with service providers to schedule regular inspections, servicing, and repairs for our fleet
  3. Monitor and optimize vehicle utilization to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
  4. Implement and maintain vehicle safety and compliance protocols
  5. Assist with the procurement of new vehicles, parts, and supplies as needed
  6. Provide administrative support to the transportation and logistics departments
  7. Contact different suppliers for canvassing of spare parts and others

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar motorpool or fleet management role
  2. Basic knowledge of spare parts
  3. Demonstrated knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety regulations, and fleet operations
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  6. Proficient in the use of fleet management software and MS Office applications
  7. Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
