Silay, Philippines K5 Distribution Full time ₱70,000 - ₱120,000 per year

· Follow delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries and fuel efficiency.

· Assist during the loading of stocks and ensure that all loaded items are complete.

· Assists in unloading stocks at K5 Depots and client outlets, ensuring proper handling and placement of items.

· Ensure that only the stocks listed on the invoice are brought out of the truck.

· Accountable for any stock shortages, overages, discrepancies in B.O. (bad order), and other related penalties.

· Assists in receiving stocks from suppliers whenever schedule permits.

· Strictly complies with all government traffic laws, LTO regulations, and company safety protocols, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to road and truck operations.

· Safeguard truck cargo at all times to prevent loss or unauthorized access.

· Coordinate with the Merchandiser for Bad Order (BO) pull outs and be in charge of BO turnover to the warehouse.

· Required to carry a cellular phone for contact by the Supervisor, Motorpool head, or any other concerned employee.

· Must be available for contact from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily.

· Must inform the supervisor via call or text before 4:00 PM or before returning to base, whichever comes first if a scheduled delivery cannot be completed due to issues such as vehicle breakdown, receiving delay, or lack of receiving personnel.

· Responsible for the proper care and maintenance of the delivery truck, including but not limited to:

Ø Monitoring oil, fuel, BLOWBAGETS, and other essentials.

Ø Promptly reporting any vehicle defects to the Motorpool Department using the job order form.

Ø Addressing other vehicle related concerns.

Ø Ensuring the vehicle carries complete OR/CR, proper markings (capacity, "not for hire," company logo), and any necessary permits (e.g., NMIS, etc.)

Ø Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle, both inside and outside.

Weekly Task:

· Submits the BLOWBAGETS checklist to the Compliance Officer for regular vehicle monitoring and compliance.

Annual Task:

· Ensures the assigned vehicle undergoes emission testing as scheduled.

Additional services/tasks carried out when the need arises:

· Prepares all necessary documents and reports in the event of road accidents or related incidents and promptly submits them to the Compliance Officer for insurance processing and documentation.

· Communicate promptly about delivery issues, delays, or incidents encountered during trips.Assists in basic maintenance checks of the delivery vehicle (e.g., checking if goods are properly secured, identifying if truck space is maximized).

· Perform other related tasks as assigned by management or the immediate head.
