Role and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all mechanical assets are in good condition, properly utilized, and maintained in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.
  • Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of all vehicles and heavy equipment
  • Diagnose Mechanical problems and recommend appropriate repair solutions. Prepare maintenance schedules, inspections report, and equipment performance evaluations.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of maintenance cost to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with procurement for the sourcing of spare parts, lubricants, and other maintenance materials.
  • Inspect newly acquired equipment and verify compliance with specification. Maintain accurate records of maintenance history and equipment utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations. Provide technical support and guidance to mechanics, driver, and operators.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control related to the motorpool operations. Conduct training and toolbox meetings for maintenance personnel when necessary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering ( licensed engineer prefered)
  • At least 2-3 years experience in motorpool management, heavy equipment maintenance, or fleet operations in a construction setting
  • Strong knowledge of diesel and gasoline engine system, hydraulics, and heavy equipment components.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
