Plant Supervisor

  2. Document processes and operating instructions aligned to company standards. Maintain and update records and ISO documents.

  3. Coordinate planned production to all concerned parties such as but not limited to, TM Drivers, Inventory Controller, and Batching Operator. Timely communication with clients for possible delays/trouble with the delivery.

  4. Collaborate with Purchasing, Maintenance, Motorpool, Warehouse, Quality Assurance and Sales about delivery schedules, changes, and improvements in planning activities.

  5. Ensure the availability of approved Job Order before batching and on time serving of request orders in conformance with the customer requirements.

  6. Develops process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production and to reduce downtime.

  7. Consolidates and performs, weekly and monthly production reports. Attend Sales meeting when 0M is not present.

  8. Performs mathematical calculations and analysis to determine applicable manufacturing processes, tools and manpower requirements.

  9. Conduct root cause analysis, and recommend preventive and corrective measures if departmental targets are not attained and determine corrective and preventive actions to solve recurring problems.

  10. Ensure the implementation of programs geared towards the Department's KPI.

  11. Involvement in attending to Batching and Equipment issues such as troubleshooting, minor repairs and start-up operations.

  12. Prepares regular reports such as Truck Allocation, Manpower Schedule, WOF and Production as part of OPCOM presentation.

  13. Participates in the continued process improvement activities and initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
