Job Summary:

The Motorpool Supervisor (Equipment Section Supervisor) is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operation, and management of various equipment and machinery used within the organization. This role involves supervising a team of technicians or mechanic, planning preventative maintenance, coordinating repairs, ensuring operational efficiency, and enforcing safety standards. The supervisor plays a key role in effective asset management and team leadership.

Duties and responsibilities:

* Supervise and monitor the activities/routine of equipment site supervisor/IOC and equipment HO staffs.

* Monitor /review the repair and PMS of vehicles and equipment under logistic and equipment sections.

*PR generation of parts and other materials used in repair and maintenance of machines and equipment

*Facilitate parts and materials for machines and equipment in project sites.

*Supervising parts expediter/canvasser activities.

*Monitor the equipment daily utilization and equipment request.

*In-charge of recruiting on-call driver-operator whenever necessary.

*In-charge if mobilization of vehicles and equipment.

* Maintain/review records of the history file of repair and maintenance of equipment.

*Reporting weekly to the Equipment and Asset Manager about the equipment and vehicles condition and other issues and concern of the equipment and vehicle condition and other issues and concern of the Equipment Section.

Qualification:

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; PRC licensed is an advantage but not preferred.

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in motorpool or equipment maintenance, preferably in construction.

* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

* Strong leadership and organizational skills.

* Knowledgeable in heavy and light construction equipment including maintenance and repairs.

* Skilled in using electronic diagnostic tools.

* Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

* Works closely with mechanics, operators, and other supervisors.

* Supports a culture of mutual respect and shared goals.

* Clearly communicates tasks, expectations, and feedback to staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
