
HR Supervisor

Job Summary:
Ensures employee welfare, engagement, and compliance with company and legal requirements through strategic oversight and continuous improvement of HR programs. Addresses employee concerns and supports initiatives that foster a positive and supportive work culture.
Job Duties:
Benefits Administration - manages the implementation, monitoring, and accurate processing of statutory and company benefit programs. Oversees provider coordination, employee health programs, data integrity, and continuous improvement of benefit-related processes and communications.
Employee Services and Records Management - ensures the accuracy, confidentiality, and legal compliance of HRIS data, employee records, and documentation systems. Reviews employee requests and continuously improves documentation and service processes for efficient HR support.
Employee Relations - oversees offboarding processes and addresses employee welfare concerns by coordinating with relevant parties. Supports engagement initiatives, gathers feedback, and mentors Talent Welfare Associates to ensure quality HR service.
Team Support and Projects - develops and maintains SOPs for welfare and employee services,. Supports internal projects, coordinates cross-functional efforts, and provides reports to aid management decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to timekeeping, payroll, statutory benefits, remittances, employee relations, and records management
- Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government benefits, and HR best practices
- Preferably experience in supervising or mentoring junior team members
- Detailed-oriented, strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly ethical, and committed to confidentiality, and service excellence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
