HR Supervisor/Assistant

The HR Assistant/Supervisor's duties include liaising with recruitment agencies, advertising job openings, manpower sourcing, organizing and designing training sessions, accurately recording hours, and managing payroll and employee relations. The HR Assistant/Supervisor should be able to juggle many responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Schedules examinations and conduct interview accordingly.
· Substantiates applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests.
· Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
· Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
· Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
· Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
· Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
· Conducts investigation and documentation as necessary
· Prepares internal memorandum, notices, letters, and other related documents
· Strictly adheres and implements company policies
· Generates HR-related reports
· Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
· Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Graduate of BS Psychology/BSBA – HRDM or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Quezon City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- HR Assistant/Generalist work: 2 years (Preferred)
