Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides support to streamline the Executive's tasks and
increase company efficiency.
Overview:
The Executive Assistant manages general office operations and performs essential
functions in conjunction with providing exceptional customer service and actively
anticipating the needs of customers and enhancing service.
Responsible for coordinating and implementing the required clerical and word
processing functions of the office, to generate accurate and timely work produced and
to assist in the maintenance of files in all phases of activity.
Expected Outcomes Delivered in 6 weeks:
Providing a daily report of what was completed, questions needing
answers, and any deadlines.
Properly input and update customer insurance policies, prospects,
opportunities, and correspondence in the agency management system
database.
Provide a weekly report for upcoming policy expirations.
Provide a weekly report on new prospects and opportunities.
Receptionist duties as required and scheduling phone calls.
Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner.
Completing applications for a new prospect and opportunity once per
week.
Managing one client per week.

Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping confidential
information
Attentive to deadlines to ensure constant communication is taking place with the
Executive, 3rd party, client, or team member
Understand the products, websites, and software platforms used
Be a good steward– understand that each decision must keep with the values,
ethics and sound business practices
Compose company memos and distribute internal communications as necessary
Appreciates and maintains standardized controls and policies
Willing to pitch in and complete the task
Accurate fact finder and learns quickly
Very patient in working with a wide variety of people
Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Seeks performance feedback from others with whom he/she interacts on the job
Taking time to effectively communicate verbally, through email or in person
Excellent customer service & takes initiative
Follows through on commitments
Attention to detail & work ethic is impeccable

Pay: From Php28,500.00 per month
