Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update customer data within HubSpot and other CRM platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and generate reports on CRM and project data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate projects and track progress using to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Assist in creating visually appealing presentations, marketing materials, and social media graphics using Canva.
- Perform data entry, organization, and quality checks for CRM and project databases.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, coordinating communications, and maintaining project timelines.
- Assist with basic data analytics, reporting, and KPI tracking to support business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with different departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer relationship management.
- Stay updated with CRM best practices and suggest improvements for system optimization.
- Support the marketing team with graphic design and light content creation tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, CRM Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and project management software.
- Strong skills in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Canva for creating professional graphics.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.
- Must be amenable to work at night
- Must be comfortable working with time trackers
- Must have own working equipment (computer: atleast i5 and 8GB Ram, web camera, and noise cancelling headset)
