DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Human Resources Functions

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates of contracts, 201 files, and HRIS systems.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll data in coordination with Finance.
  • Monitor timekeeping, attendance, and leave applications.
  • Coordinate training programs, performance evaluations, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support HR policy implementation and updates in line with DOLE and labor compliance.

Administrative Support

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations including procurement of office supplies and facility needs.
  • Manage documentation such as company permits, licenses, and insurances.
  • Support project site requirements including logistics coordination and staff deployment documentation.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and schedules as needed.

Compliance and Records Management

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, DOLE, BIR).
  • Maintain and audit administrative and HR files for accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility.
  • Prepare reports related to HR metrics, government submissions, and internal audits.

Coordination and Communication

  • Act as a liaison between employees, management, and service providers.
  • Handle basic employee relations concerns and escalate as necessary to HR Manager.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance, supplies, and outsourced services..

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Onboarding, payroll data, and government filings completed on time
  • Vacant roles filled within targeted lead times
  • Zero violations or missed deadlines for compliance
  • Minimal disruption in supply, facilities, and admin operations
  • 100% accuracy and confidentiality of files and HRIS updates or manual record keeping

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND / WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in the energy, construction, or field-based industries.
