Evaluate candidates, assessing their resumes and credentials, conduct interviews, and build a network of potential employees. Can do "end to end recruitment"

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruiting rank & file, junior, senior, seasonal and part-time position.
  • Familiarity with PESO programs and DOLE guidelines for job fairs and employment facilitation
  • Experience in organizing or participating in job fairs, campus hiring, or community-based recruitment drives
  • Willingness to do field work and travel to job fair venues
  • Screens, interviews and evaluates candidate
  • Create hiring plans for restaurant and salon shops.
  • Promote open roles using online and print ads job.
  • Attend job fairs and other recruitment ads.
  • Initiate with accreditation of company to LGU's.
  • Conduct background check
  • Prepare job offer and employment contracts.
  • Assist admin for on boarding of new employees.
  • Schedule a Company/HR Orientation for the new employees.
  • Submit Recruitment Dashboard reports as required.
  • Monitor on boarding and off boarding employees and submit report weekly & monthly.

Qualification:

  • Work experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a recruiting specialist with a track record of employee placement.
  • Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates and managers.
  • Proficient writing skills to produce reports on hiring analyses.
  • Leadership abilities to delegate tasks and train new employees.
  • Strong negotiation skills when discussing terms and conditions of employment.
  • In-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, labor laws, and employment equity.
  • The ability to evaluate recruiting software packages and to recommend those which are best suited to the company.
  • Can start immediately
  • Willing to assign at Parañaque head office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
