We are hiring for awesome professionals for our # team.

We are seeking a highly experienced Service Writer who will lead the team of technicians responsible for the service, maintenance, commissioning, and uptime of EV charging stations and related infrastructure. In this role you will ensure field operations run smoothly, technicians are well-supported, and customers receive excellent service. You will focus on improving operational efficiency, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across the field service team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage requests for quotes and quote creation through Salesforce
  • Be responsible for expediting Field Service Quotes to the respective owners
  • Review customer service requests and assess job requirements
  • Prepare detailed and accurate service quotes based on labor, parts, and additional costs
  • Collaborate with technicians, service advisors, or vendors to gather pricing and availability information
  • Ensure quotes align with company pricing structures, policies, and profit margins
  • Present quotes to customers and answer any questions regarding pricing or service details
  • Follow up with customers to discuss quotes, obtain approvals, and convert quotes into service orders
  • Maintain a database of quotes, pricing updates, and historical service data
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or maintenance plans

Qualifications:

  • With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce
  • Should be willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule in BGC, Taguig
  • Proven experience in leadership role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Technical expertise relevant to the products or equipment serviced
  • Proficiency in field service management software and tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and safety
