About the role

N&M Staffing Services is seeking a passionate and experienced Japanese Service Desk professional to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Japanese Service Desk specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality IT support and assistance to our clients, with a focus on Japanese-speaking users. What you'll be doing

  1. Provide efficient and effective IT support and troubleshooting to Japanese-speaking clients, ensuring their issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner
  2. Assist with a wide range of IT-related tasks, including software installation, hardware troubleshooting, and network configuration
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
  4. Maintain detailed records of all support activities and incidents, and provide regular reports on key performance metrics
  5. Continuously expand your knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to enhance your skills and provide better support to clients

What we're looking for

  1. Fluency in both Japanese and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar IT support or service desk role, preferably in a Japanese-speaking environment
  3. Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve a wide range of IT-related issues
  4. Excellent customer service orientation, with a demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional support to clients
  5. Familiarity with common software applications, hardware, and networking technologies
  6. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments
  7. Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
