What you'll be doing

  • Respond promptly to service desk inquiries and troubleshoot a variety of IT-related issues
  • Provide support and guidance to users in Mandarin and English, ensuring efficient resolution of technical problems
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all service desk activities
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT specialists for further investigation and resolution
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service desk processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall IT support experience

What we're looking for

  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an IT service desk or customer support role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Working knowledge of various software applications, operating systems, and IT infrastructure
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
