Role Description

The Recruitment Manager will oversee the end-to-end hiring process for the Head Office and its affiliate branches in Cebu and Iloilo. The role includes updating recruitment workflows and procedures, supervising the recruitment team, and monitoring key performance indicators. The Recruitment Manager will also implement effective sourcing strategies, provide guidance on interviewing techniques, and build strong professional networks within the seafaring community.

Qualifications

  • At least three (3) years of experience in Recruitment, preferably within the manning or maritime industry
  • Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in supervising or managing a team
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with applicants, stakeholders, and seafarers
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet hiring deadlines
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Preferably with experience in the maritime or logistics industries
