Recruitment and Onboarding Manager

About the Role
We are building one of the fastest growing travel advisor networks in the world and looking for a high performing, confident closer who can generate leads, influence decisions, and convert consistently. This is not a routine recruitment role, it is an opportunity to grow with a global brand that values initiative, results, and leadership potential.
You will host live onboarding webinars twice a week, manage daily follow ups, and ensure every advisor completes their training and membership activation. The minimum expectation is 10 successful onboardings per day, and consistent performance of 20 or more secures continued growth in the role and access to advanced incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outreach and company provided sources
- Present the opportunity with confidence and close advisor enrollments
- Conduct onboarding webinars twice weekly and daily one on one follow ups
- Guide advisors through training and membership activation
- Maintain CRM records and track conversions with precision
- Collaborate with leadership to improve presentation and conversion systems
Work Schedule
- Full time, 8 hours per day
- At least 5 hours must overlap with US business hours for live calls and webinars
- Remaining 3 hours for CRM updates, lead generation, and follow ups

Compensation
- $100 weekly base pay
- $10 bonus for every advisor onboarded
- $50 bonus when each onboarded advisor makes their first booking
