About the role

Corporate Resources Group (CRG) Services Corp. is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Import Coordinator to join our team in Santolan, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As an Import Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the import process for our clients, ensuring seamless logistics and compliance across our manufacturing, transport, and logistics operations. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of our business while developing your skills in the import/export and customs industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinate the import process from start to finish, including liaising with suppliers, customs brokers, and logistics providers
  2. Ensure all import documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations and company policies
  3. Manage the timely clearance of goods through customs, working closely with government agencies and logistics partners
  4. Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients
  5. Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the import process, implementing corrective measures as needed
  6. Maintain detailed records and reporting on import activities
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of import processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an import/export or customs coordination role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries
  2. Strong understanding of import regulations, documentation requirements, and customs clearance procedures
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers, government agencies, and internal stakeholders
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to manage data and generate reports
  5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues
  6. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
