PIVO Inc. is a U.S.-based e-commerce company selling IT products and subscription-based

applications through platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and other resellers. We operate in the

U.S., Canada, the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, and other EU countries.

Position Overview

This role focuses on entering and organizing financial data in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and

preparing accurate reports for sales, expenses, tax filings, and Extended Producer

Responsibility (EPR) compliance (including WEEE). You will handle routine bookkeeping

tasks, gather data from multiple platforms, and prepare schedules for review by our senior team,

who will handle final submissions.

Key Responsibilities

● Enter and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

● Reconcile bank, PayPal, and other payment platform transactions.

● Compile and prepare data for Sales and expense reporting, U.S. Sales & Use Tax,

Canada GST/HST, UK & EU (DE, FR, NL VAT & OSS/IOSS), WEEE/EPR compliance

for UK, DE, FR, NL, and other EU countries

● Gather and reconcile reports from Amazon, Shopify, Stripe, and other e-commerce

platforms.

● Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Qualifications

● Proven experience in bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online.

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry/reconciliation.

● E-commerce accounting experience preferred (Amazon, Shopify, Stripe, etc.).

● Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data reconciliation and reporting.

● Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Work Schedule

● Part-time ( 10hours per week )

● Remote work from the Philippines

* Please note that although the salary is indicated in Philippine pesos, the contract will be executed in U.S. dollars.
