Join Our Team:

At All is Well Holistic Spa, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper & Executive Assistant to join our remote work team. This vital role encompasses managing our accounting and bookkeeping needs, as well as handling daily Executive Assistant tasks to ensure efficient operation .

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Accounting Software: Must be adept with QuickBooks Desktop 2024 or newer with Qbox
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in Quickbooks Bookkeeping or Accounting.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
  • GAAP Knowledge: Basic familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and accrual accounting is advantageous.
  • Technology Savvy: Comfortable with Google Suite, Slack .MS Office
  • Multitasking Capability: Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. time managemetnt
  • HR and Payroll Knowledge: Experience in human resources, payroll, and recruiting.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Statements.
  • Language Skills: Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.
  • Social Media Marketing Skill

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general ledger account reconciliations and ensure accurate monthly recognition and reporting.
  • Prepare and process monthly and/or quarterly tax returns.
  • Handle daily financial transactions including A/P, A/R, and payroll.
  • Conduct month-end and year-end financial analysis and reporting.
  • Manage vendor communications and process invoices and payments.
  • Classify financial data and maintain records.
  • Complete payroll activities and audit accounts for analysis.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing and other duties as assigned.
  • Manage credit card merchant disputes.
  • HR-related tasks including recruiting, onboarding, and training.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.
  • Process Emails and Reply Emails
  • Set up Calenders for the Executive & other management team
  • Social Media Marketing Posts

Education and Experience:

  • Required: Accounting or business management College Degree with at least 3 years relevant experiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including calculations, formulas, and spreadsheet management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience in Executive Assistant role
