Work from Home, Philippines Set Up My Offshore (SUMO) Full time ₱480,000 - ₱840,000 per year
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks, including bank reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and BAS/IAS preparation in XERO & QUICKBOOKS.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using Xero, QuickBooks, HandiLedger, and Xero Practice Manager (XPM).
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements for individuals, companies, partnerships, and trusts.
  • Support tax compliance by preparing working papers and entering data into Xero Tax and other relevant systems.
  • Enter data into BGL Simple Fund for SMSF accounts (experience desirable but not essential).
  • Assist with year-end accounts preparation and lodgement processes.
  • Perform data entry, reconciliations, and general ledger reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with internal staff and follow established procedures and deadlines.
  • Undertake ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php70,000.00 per month
