Bookkeeper (Australian Experience)

- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including bank reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and BAS/IAS preparation in XERO & QUICKBOOKS.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using Xero, QuickBooks, HandiLedger, and Xero Practice Manager (XPM).
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements for individuals, companies, partnerships, and trusts.
- Support tax compliance by preparing working papers and entering data into Xero Tax and other relevant systems.
- Enter data into BGL Simple Fund for SMSF accounts (experience desirable but not essential).
- Assist with year-end accounts preparation and lodgement processes.
- Perform data entry, reconciliations, and general ledger reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with internal staff and follow established procedures and deadlines.
- Undertake ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php70,000.00 per month
