
Assistant HR Manager

- Supervise and guide the HR team in their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee lifecycle management (hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, offboarding).
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and systems in compliance with labor laws.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Work closely with management to identify staffing needs, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Monitor key HR metrics and generate reports for senior leadership.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives such as engagement programs, DEI efforts, and process improvements.
- Ensure HR records and systems are accurate and up to date.
- Coach and mentor junior HR staff and support their professional development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
