Job Description:

  • Assist in the full recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding).
  • Support employee relations tasks such as documentation, communication, and conflict resolution
  • Help maintain and organize employee records and HR files
  • Perform other related HR tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
  • Resourceful with good organizing skills
  • With good oral and written communication
  • Has basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office application, Google Suites, and, other graphic design tool such as Canva
  • Basic knowledge in various HR facets and Labor Law is a plus
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
  • Must be residing in/near Antipolo City, Rizal
