Business Support Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a Business Support Executive who will play a key role in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional client experiences within our Property & Casualty (P&C) team.
What You'll Do
Operational Support
- Assist in the preparation, issuance, and renewal of P&C insurance policies with accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor and track policy documentation, endorsements, and transactions for organized record-keeping.
Client & Partner Engagement
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients and brokers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service that fosters strong client relationships and retention.
- Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
Administrative Excellence
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
- Keep systems and databases updated with accurate and timely information.
- Generate regular reports on business performance and client feedback for management insights.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Partner with teams to implement best practices that elevate service delivery.
Compliance & Risk Awareness
- Ensure all activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Help in identifying and mitigating operational risks.
Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with the P&C team to achieve business goals and deliver results.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business support, client services, or related functions (insurance/financial services background is an advantage).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A proactive self-starter who thrives both independently and in a collaborative team setting.
