Client Support Executive

The Client Support Executive is responsible for executing activities that support the Company's business development and sales pipeline growth. This position is also tasked to identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to assist in driving revenue growth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identification of Business Opportunities
● Identify potential business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
● Perform client outreach by engaging potential customers through cold calls, emails, and other identified methods to generate leads
● Leverage marketing tools and platforms for lead generation and engagement
Development of Business Relationships
● Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand needs to be able to offer tailored solutions
● Work with the leadership team to develop and execute business growth strategies
● Provide support to clients by addressing their needs and by implementing strategies to align business services with customer requirements
Leads Generation and Follow-Up
● Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, email blasts, and attending marketing events
● Schedule appointments or demonstrations with decision-makers based on identified business opportunities
● Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and drive conversions
Business Proposal Development
● Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and contracts to prospective clients
● Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts to be able to propose and meet customer expectations
Data Management and Research
● Monitor and report sales metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
● Conduct research to identify potential client segments and gather relevant information for targeting
● Ensure customer databases are accurate and updated through data mining and filtering
● Maintain detailed records of appointments, calendar events, and other pertinent documents and activities
● Ensure that knowledge on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments are relevant and updated
Competencies:
● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage prospects
● Strong people management, analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills
● Excellent interpersonal skills that will assist in building rapport smf nurture relationships with potential customers
● Comfortable with emails, calls, and personal client outreach
● Ability to articulate a value proposition clearly and persuasively
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
● Strong research and data organization skills to maintain accurate and updated customer information
● Adaptability to new tools, software, and processes
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22,000.00 per month
