Job Title: Admin Executive

Location: McKinley Taguig

Work Set-up: Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support such as processing permits, transactions, handling business record and databases.
  • Assist in monitoring expenses, preparing reports and supporting bookkeeping tasks.
  • Process reimbursements, invoices, and other finance related transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders when needed.
  • Provide general support to the management team in carrying out business operations.
  • Coordination with suppliers, contractors, utilities, government and non-government agencies and others.
  • Responsible for file safekeep and updating all company records.
  • Act as coordinator of the day-to-day operation of Admin Office.
  • Serves as contact for people inside and outside of the company and is knowledgeable of corporate functions.
  • Improves administrative process and methods to increase efficiency and simplify workflow.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and promotions.
  • Collects, prepares, analyzes, and communicates relevant information to various departments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year degree course.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • With at least 3 years of experience in Office Administration.
  • Experience in processing permits and other legal related documents.
  • Strong organizational skill and process-oriented mind.
  • Willing to work onsite in McKinley Taguig.
