Sales Operations Admin – BPO (SaaS Client)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Admin to support sales operations and order management for our SaaS client within a BPO environment. The role requires strong Salesforce skills to ensure accurate order processing and efficient sales support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily sales operations tasks, including order entry, order tracking, and data accuracy checks.
  • Manage sales order processing and updates within Salesforce, ensuring compliance with client standards.
  • Support the sales team by coordinating order approvals, resolving order discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
  • Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce for sales operations monitoring and performance insights.
  • Assist in continuous process improvements related to order management and sales workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to client SLAs, quality standards, and data security policies.
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales operations or order management, preferably in a BPO or SaaS client environment.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales operations or order management experience required.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, especially in managing sales orders and reporting.
  • Intermediate level Salesforce proficiency required for managing sales orders and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products or technology industry is an advantage.
