HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting Managers with staff requirements.
- Conducting newly hired employee orientation and training sessions and refresher workshops for existing employees.
- Responsible for job offers, contracts, and discussing job descriptions.
- Counseling staff on company policies, practices, and procedures.
- Review timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant data to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Process end-to-end payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Handles monthly remittance of employees' monthly government contributions and loans (SSS, PAG-IBIG. PHILHEALTH).
- Monitoring government-related documents such as Loans Certification, Maternity/ Sickness Benefit Certification, Reimbursement, and others.
- Conducting performance and wage reviews and providing management with the interpretation and analysis of legislated wage increases.
- Keeps updated with the latest DOLE rule/ labor law regulation and wage orders and properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
- Prepares and submits regular reports to DOLE as required by law and regulations.
- Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar
- Relevant experience in an HR role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong moral and ethical code.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.
- Excellent administrative skills.
