Job Summary:

The E-commerce Operations Assistant provides operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of online store campaigns and projects. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate requirements, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage daily operational activities that contribute to efficient and effective e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Regulatory, Creative, Communications, Knowledge Management) to support campaign and operational requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of e-commerce campaigns and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, including securing permits and monitoring necessary submissions.
  • Track and update project timelines, task lists, and campaign progress to ensure timely execution.
  • Provide administrative and operational support such as documentation, reporting, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support ad hoc tasks and special projects related to e-commerce operations as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related course.
  • With 1 to 2 years of work experience in e-commerce, admin support, or project coordination.
  • Must have experience handling online platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or other e-commerce sites.
  • Basic computer skills – knows how to use MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Can organize tasks well and keep track of projects and deadlines.
  • Good communication skills – can work and coordinate with different teams and people.
  • Detail-oriented and makes sure all tasks are done correctly.
  • Team player and can work with others to finish projects on time.
  • Can handle multiple tasks and adjust to changes when needed.
