Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify).
  • Monitor online store performance, including sales, traffic, and customer feedback.
  • Process and track online orders, returns, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in executing online marketing campaigns, promotions, and content updates.
  • Generate reports and provide insights on sales performance and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital retail.
  • Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms and tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
