Job Overview

The E-commerce Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the company's online platforms to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. The E-commerce Assistant plays a key role in maintaining product accuracy, stock availability, and timely fulfillment of online orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in uploading and updating product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure accurate product availability, promotions, and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor online store performance, including sales, traffic, and customer feedback.
  • Handle order processing, tracking, and after-sales coordination to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the implementation of online campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct basic analysis and prepare reports on sales trends, product performance, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and e-commerce standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or Shopify.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
