E-commerce Operations Specialist, 2026 Graduate

Manage the sales, operations, and promotional activities of the company’s products on e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth daily operations and optimal performance.

  • Conduct market analysis based on product characteristics and target consumer profiles, including product selection, pricing strategy, promotional planning, and marketing execution for the assigned e-commerce platform.
  • Monitor and manage platform operational KPIs, collect and analyze operational data, and provide optimization solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Logistics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with business goals.
  • Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to identify business opportunities and develop actionable strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Analytics, E-commerce, or related fields is preferred
  • Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills; proficient in using data analysis tools and software, as well as preparing statistical reports
  • Excellent communication and learning abilities, with a strong sense of teamwork, responsibility, and ownership
  • Strong problem-solving skills in time-sensitive situations and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Proficiency in English as a working language; fluency in a second language is a plus
  • Passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and emerging online retail trends
