A. JOB OBJECTIVES/DESCRIPTION
The HR Assistant shall provide clerical and administrative support to the HR and Admin Department including but not limited to 201 filing, sourcing of candidates, timekeeping, data entry, and assisting in company activities.
B. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide assistance in recruitment such as posting of job vacancies, sourcing of applicants, scheduling of interview, and updating of applicant monitoring file.
Assist in 201 filing, updating of employee records, monitoring of employees' evaluation and performance, and creating of posters for HR activities, memo and programs.
Work with the HR and Admin Department in doing the timekeeping during payroll cut off.
Assist the HR and Admin Department in organizing employee engagement activities.
Perform other related tasks as needed for the business operations.
C. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course.
Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in HR.
Adept in using computer applications such as MS Office and Google Workspace
Good communication skills, both oral and written.
Organize, keen to details, and pro-active.
With high regards for confidentiality, integrity, and excellence.
Must be willing to report Onsite in Davao City.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
