
HR Assistant/Recruiter

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HR or related administrative roles
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HRIS systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, or employee relations is an advantage
- Willing to work on-site or fieldwork when needed
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and initial interviews
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR databases
- Prepare and monitor employee attendance, leave records, and support payroll documentation
- Assist in processing government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Support in the implementation of company policies and disciplinary actions
- Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and training sessions
- Assist in preparing reports related to HR metrics and documentation
- Respond to employee queries and provide HR-related support
- Coordinate with other departments for HR-related concerns and updates
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Perform other HR or administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
