HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in recruiting activities, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate information.
· Support payroll and benefits administration processes.
· Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
· Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
· Assist in drafting HR documents such as employment contracts, disciplinary letters, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferably a graduate of Human Resources)
· Atleast 1 year of professional experience (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
· Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS).
· Basic knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· With good character and strong work ethic
