Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for outsourcing clients, ensuring the right talent is selected for various positions (e.g., customer service, IT support, finance, HR).
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their talent needs, skill requirements, and company culture.
  • Post job vacancies, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process to fill positions with quality candidates.
  • Onboard new employees and ensure they understand their roles, client requirements, and organizational values.
  • Manage bulk recruitment drives or high-volume hiring initiatives for outsourcing projects, ensuring efficient hiring processes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances, mediating and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Build strong relationships with outsourced employees to foster a positive work culture.
  • Provide ongoing employee support and motivation, encouraging engagement and enhancing retention.
  • Promote employee welfare and engagement programs, ensuring high morale and satisfaction across the team.
  • Coordinate with client managers to address any employee-specific issues or concerns related to client projects.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws, compliance regulations, and industry standards for outsourcing services (including client-specific requirements).
  • Stay informed of compliance obligations, particularly in areas like taxation, benefits, contracts, and employee rights.
  • Manage contractor relationships and ensure that employment terms comply with labor laws and outsourcing agreements.
  • Handle employee disputes or disciplinary actions, ensuring fair processes and compliance with both client and company policies.
  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems, ensuring regular evaluations for outsourced employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads and client managers to ensure performance standards are met.
  • Address performance gaps, working with supervisors to implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) when necessary.
  • Maintain employee KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and help drive improvements in individual and team performance.
  • Oversee training and development programs that address both client-specific needs and general professional growth.
  • Identify skills gaps and coordinate the delivery of training (e.g., soft skills, technical expertise, industry certifications) to enhance employee performance.
  • Coordinate with external training providers to deliver specialized training to employees across various outsourced functions.
  • Provide career development support, ensuring outsourced employees have opportunities for internal growth or transitions into other roles as needed.
  • Regularly meet with clients to discuss HR requirements, workforce performance, and challenges.
  • Tailor HR solutions to align with client-specific business needs and project objectives.
  • Monitor and report on employee performance, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations.
  • Help clients with any employee concerns or HR-related challenges that may arise during outsourcing engagements.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure that employees are compensated accurately and on time in accordance with client specifications.
  • Provide compensation advice to clients, ensuring that pay structures remain competitive and aligned with market standards for outsourced roles.
  • Ensure compliance with both local laws and client agreements regarding compensation packages.
  • Implement and maintain HR management systems (HRIS), payroll software, and other technology tools to streamline HR processes, track performance, and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Prepare regular HR reports for internal management and clients, covering key HR metrics such as turnover, employee satisfaction, and performance data.
  • Utilize HR analytics to identify trends, forecast staffing needs, and address any HR challenges or opportunities within outsourced teams.
  • Work with operations teams and client managers to forecast staffing needs, ensuring that the right number and type of employees are deployed on client projects.
  • Optimize resource allocation by analyzing workloads, turnover rates, and performance metrics to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Ensure that outsourcing teams are scalable and flexible, adjusting quickly to the demands of client projects or market changes.
  • Evaluate outsourcing contracts to ensure that staffing levels and terms are aligned with the client's goals and budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Certifications in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) or other HR-related qualifications are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in the field of Human Resource
  • Strong understanding of the outsourcing industry, including managing a diverse workforce across multiple clients and sectors (e.g., IT, customer service, finance).
  • Proven experience in handling high-volume recruitment, managing client expectations, and overseeing employee performance.
