We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales & Service Coordinator to join our growing cleaning company. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers—helping them identify their cleaning needs, providing tailored service recommendations, generating quotes, and booking appointments. You'll also engage in proactive outreach to attract new clients and manage all leads within our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication: Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers promptly and professionally.
  • Needs Assessment: Ask detailed questions to understand each customer's cleaning requirements and preferences.
  • Service Consultation: Recommend the most suitable cleaning packages or services based on the customer's needs.
  • Sales & Quoting: Prepare and present accurate service quotes; follow up to close sales and secure bookings.
  • Appointment Booking: Schedule and confirm cleaning appointments efficiently to ensure optimal team scheduling.
  • Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients to promote our cleaning services.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update all customer and lead information within the CRM; track follow-ups, conversions, and outcomes.
  • Performance Tracking: Report on lead activity, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cleaning crews and management to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional administrative or sales support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments (cleaning or service industry experience is an asset).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and closing sales.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
