Quality Management

  • Develop Sales Strategy to achieve quarter and annual targets.
  • Meet the communicated sales targets whilst ensuring that we can deliver on its promise at the sale stage.
  • Ensure that each Customer Engagement Executive and Pre-Sales Team Members are contributing equitably to the fulfilment of quota.
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade fairs, conferences, and other marketing events.
  • Ensure sales targets are reported by Sales Operations on a timely manner.

Account Management

  • Interact with customers, identify their needs, and suggest new products and services that suit their interests.
  • Interact with the customers and take their feedback regularly.
  • Develop long-term relationships with the main stakeholders, including but not limited to the IT managers, CIOs, and CTOs through managing and interpreting their requirements whilst evaluating satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.

Pre-Sales Management

  • Guide Pre-Sales Team to provide a level of expertise required to demonstrate solution competence to customers.
  • Carry out a customer needs analysis and then propose appropriate solutions addressing customer's requirements.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Delivery Teams to ensure that proposed solution is feasible and commitments are doable.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success and Resourcing to ensure resources will be available for solutions committed.

Sales Management

  • Ensure that Customer Engagement Team has a very good understanding of solutions and related license metrics
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions which ultimately meet both the customer's and company's expectations.
  • Help close deals handled by other members of the sales team across all segments by leading sales and pre-sales discussions.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to fulfill the job function or as assigned.

Partner Management

  • Present sales strategy and partner target status on a regular basis.
  • Strengthen relationship with Partner Account Management Teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php200,000.00 per month
