About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Lead Coordinator to support our marketing team by managing lead data and campaign coordination. This role focuses on efficiently handling lead ingestion, ensuring clean and accurate lead lists, and supporting campaign health monitoring — all while working closely with marketing tools and platforms. If you're process-driven and comfortable working with automated systems, this role is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log into lead management tools and ingest leads into marketing platforms.
  • Oversee the automated grooming and quality assurance process for lead lists to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Add cleaned leads to various marketing campaigns and ensure campaigns remain healthy and active.
  • Monitor campaign status dashboards and flag any issues or anomalies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure lead flow aligns with campaign goals.
  • Maintain documentation of lead management processes and campaign workflows.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks related to lead data and campaign administration.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM or lead management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo)
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing operations, lead management, or a related role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data validation, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of marketing campaigns and lead lifecycle management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable following structured processes and working with automation tools.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or related roles is a plus.
