Technology Operations and Budget Coordinator

We are looking for a Technology Operations and Budget Coordinator to support IT leadership with budget tracking, contract management, and project coordination. This role requires strong attention to detail, advanced organizational skills, and the ability to manage both administrative and technical operational tasks.
Must Have's
- 3–5 years of experience in IT business operations or coordination
- Strong background in budgeting and expense tracking (large budgets preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Experience supporting IT projects and vendor processes
Nice-to-Haves/Preferred
- Experience with Smartsheets, MS Project, or similar tools
- Exposure to IT budgeting over $5M
- Previous experience in small IT teams or startup operations
- Familiarity with IT lifecycle management and reporting

We are looking for the following specific requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting IT leadership with budgeting, reporting, and contracts
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Track IT budgets, invoices, and financial records
- Coordinate with vendors on contracts, renewals, and billing
- Maintain documentation and reporting systems
- Support IT project coordination and milestones
- Prepare financial and operational reports for leadership
- Provide administrative support for CIO initiatives
Rate
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
