As an HR Recruitment Supervisor, must oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring across all departments. This role supervises the recruitment team, develops sourcing strategies, and maintains strong partnerships with stakeholders to meet manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage the recruitment team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for both volume and specialized hiring.
  • Coordinate with department heads to clarify job requirements and hiring needs.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, create reports, and provide insights for continuous process improvement.
  • Manage applicant databases, ATS systems, and recruitment platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and data privacy standards.
  • Strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on hiring trends and talent availability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience in recruitment; at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficient with ATS/HRIS systems and online recruitment tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and able to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
